Hot stone massage is suited to people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing us to work the muscles without using deep pressure. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Sports massage is used to enhance athletic performance and promotes blood flow. There are three types of sports massage - pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment. Sports massage uses a lot of specialized stretching techniques to get you ready, cool you down, or fix you up.
